Behandle ?


 

Customer       : Bisakah kita behandle di lokasi untuk import?

Admin            : Bisa, tapi alasan harus kuat dengan meyakinkan. Barangnya apa? Alasan minta pindah behandle kenapa?

Customer       : Supaya terhindar dari biaya demurage

Admin             : Demurage kontainer? Barang distripping dulu dong . .

Customer       : Menghindari biaya penumpukan lebih dari 2 hari

Admin            : Rasanya kalau barang distripping dulu nggak bisa. Blm diperiksa tapi udah minta dibongkar?? Biaya demurage beda dengan biaya storage

Customer       : Kita menghindari biaya2 tsb

Admin            : Alasannya kurang kuat tuh..FCL kan? Bukan Breakbulk? Tapi silahkan dicoba aja, bikin surat permohonan pengajuan periksa fisik di gudang importir ke kepala kantor.

*Behandle adalah pemeriksaan petikemas atas penetapan jalur merah oleh Bea Cukai.

Bisakah Import Scrap Potongan Besi Kapal?


Customer       : Bisakah Importir mengimpor besi scrap (Besi tua/besi potongan bekas kapal)?

Admin             : Kena LS tuh..(COI=Certificate Of Inspection) yang dikeluarkan dari Sucofindo. Scrap wajib LS karena itu lempengan besi bekas.

Customer       : Apa bpk pernah mengurus importasi scrap?

Admin             : Pernah urus used gas compressor yg critical untuk importasi used goods adalah HS Code. Malah kadang ada yang diatur bahwa importasi used goods HS Code tertentu hanya diperbolehkan untuk pemegang API-P.  Doc flow dan rekomendasi bergantung dari HS Code tadi, biasanya urus LS dulu di Sucofindo Indonesia untuk barang diinspek di negara asal. Lalu urus rekomendasi ke departemen terkait, i.e used gas compressor, rekom diperlukan dari kemendag. Rekom tadi baru dilampirkan bersama dengan surat permohonan impor barang moda bukan baru ke KPBC setempat c/w CIPL, perizinan importir, dummy BL, dll. Untuk pengurusan di Kemendag dilakukan secara online melalui INATRADE. Tapi ada beberapa dokumen yang harus di submit hardcopy. Kalau doc sudah clean dan ready, prosesnya sekitar 2 bulan dari start sampai dapat surat persetujuan impor barang moda bukan baru. Yang membuat prosesnya lama terkadang dari importir juga, doc tidak clean n lengkap. Check HS ajukan Vo ke Sucofindo.

Reducing The Risk to FOB


In general, in international trade transactions agreements between importers and exporters will refer to a certain value. Incoterms 2010 are instruments intended to facilitate international trade transactions. Incoterms are prepared with a view to uniform interpretation of the terms of trade which establishes the rights and obligations of the seller and the buyer, especially in the mechanism of delivery of the goods. In detail, there are 11 incoterms ToD is set in 2010, and some of them are FOB, Cost and Freight (CFR) and CIF. FOB Incoterms 2010 terminology implies that risk turning point on the delivery of goods occurs when the goods being transacted been loaded (on board) on a ship ready to depart at the port of departure. The obligation to bear the costs of transporting goods are required to be covered by the exporters is up to the loading of the goods on board the ship at the port of departure. The fact of export transactions have grown more dominant in terms of FOB. In other words, buying goods from abroad with the FOB system can provide a distinct advantage for importers, given the constraints when dealing with customs In Indonesia, which not infrequently lead to disputes.
